State and federal laws, and the standards of the CPA profession, pledge us to keep your information confidential unless we are required by a legal authority to divulge the information. It is our company policy not to share your information with any other individual or company. However, there are occasions when it is necessary to retain an outside consultant or expert to complete your work, in that case we would so inform you. Your personal information is stored in a secure space or on a secure computer. All paper files are shredded and computer memory erased after six years. We take our obligation to you very seriously and value your trust. If you ever discontinue your client relationship with Breskin & Mullen, we will be happy to furnish you with a copy of the information in our files and will continue to protect and treat the information that you have trusted us with as confidential. Our fees for providing copies of documentation in our file is $.20 per page.
