Peer Review Breskin & Mullen voluntarily participates in a peer review program administered by the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Once every three years, financial statements issued by our firm are reviewed by another qualified reviewing CPA firm. The purpose of this program is to ensure that financial statements issued by CPA firms are in compliance with required professisonal standards.  Breskin & Mullen has been receiving unqualified reports (the highest rating) as a result of these peer reviews.  We pride ourselves in providing professional services that are of the highest quality, yet we are also conscientious of keeping our client's costs down. Our firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed by the California State Board of Accountancy.
